CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If a customer cancels an order before the order has been shipped, we may accept the order cancellation and refund the amount to the buyer within 10-15 business days. In such cases, the order amount will be refunded but with any transaction fee charged by the Bank will be deducted.

Please note that we may not be able to cancel orders that are already shipped or in transit.
